At Babistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, here’s our return policy:

• You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to us at their own expense.

• To start a return, please email us at support@babistan.com
  If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days after receiving the item back.

Please note:

• Shipping Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, we’re happy to help.

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
