  • Babistan is an online store offering kids’ clothing and related products.

  • By using our website, you agree to follow our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, sizes, and colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • All products are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantity of items ordered or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you agree to pay the total price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (unless cash on delivery is offered).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • There is an error in pricing or description

    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders above PKR 4,999/- qualify for free shipping.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to follow your parcel.

  • Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Babistan is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • To request a return, please email us at support@babistan.com.

  • Once the item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Babistan website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Babistan and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
